bürgie is an agency for illustrative and graphical solutions based in Cologne, Germany.

It was founded in 2005 by freelance illustrator and graphic designer Birgit Jansen.

In 2004 Birgit graduated after 4 years of studies at the University of Applied Sciences in
Münster, Germany and the University of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Clients include magazines, publishing houses, advertising agencies, organisations for healthcare,
social or philosophical issues, universities – and many more.
